Delivery Policy

We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Our products typically ship by either UPS Ground or Fed Ex Ground. Transit time is between 3 and 7 business days after the order is purchased. The carrier delivers to your door. Printing delivery times may vary, please call if you require an estimate.


On bulk orders, for example a full pallet of copy paper, we may ship by freight carrier. Transit time for pallet orders is between 3 and 7 business days and the freight company may deliver to a dock only (no inside delivery).

Colorado residents: per State of Colorado you must pay use tax on all purchases from Dolphin Blue. 

Return Policy


Order Exactly What You Want (and Avoid Returns!)

We think we have the best products under the sun and we'd like you to feel the same way about the products you receive from us. We are a small company and want to avoid a return as much as you do! Therefore, if you are the least bit uncertain about the product, color, texture, size, weight, etc., contact us! It will be close, but not exact. If you don't see your particular model of toner cartridge or inkjet listed, don't guess - contact us! We're here to assist you and make your buying experience as pleasant as possible, and will graciously research and/or discuss the product, the intended use, send paper samples, etc! We have experienced staff and sometimes one toll-free phone call can make a big difference. You can also contact us via email with your questions or concerns.

We understand there are special circumstances and mistakes in placing orders. It is very important that you contact us if you're the least bit uncertain about a product or shipping time. If you've placed your order incorrectly, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We can catch your order and correct it if you phone us within an hour of placing your order. If you place your order after 5 PM central time or during the weekend, relax and contact us by 10 AM central time on the next business day; our fulfillment center is closed Saturday and Sunday, so a weekend order won't be processed until Monday morning.


Please note internet browsers render colors differently, depending on the settings of your system and browser used, so what you see on your browser may not be the same as the actual product color.


Returns on all products will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and the following criteria must be met:


All products (except our cartridges) must be in the original packaging and unopened.

  • You must contact us before shipping an item back in order to obtain a return number
  • Customer may be subject to shipping cost on the return postage
  • Please note some of our products come with a warranty and shipping insurance. (scroll down for more information) 
  • All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

In order to receive a refund on paper products the following criteria must be met:

  • If your paper product arrives in damaged condition, it is insured so please contact us (1-800-932-7715) so we may initiate the claims process.
  • We will only issue a refund on paper products that are returned to us in the original ream wrap, unopened, and undamaged; we request that you insure your return and ask for delivery confirmation and/or a tracking number. 
  • We will not provide refunds on uninsured damaged product, lost product that cannot be traced, opened reams of paper, or depleted boxes of envelopes. 

In order to receive a refund on cartridge returns the following criteria must be met:

  • We will provide return instructions upon contacting us and a return authorization number for cartridges that were ordered in error; we cannot provide refunds on cartridges sent back without a return authorization number.
  • We will issue credit to the card used to place the order, once all product has been received and its condition assessed.
  • If the product you purchase from us doesn't work as anticipated and, per our guidelines, a refund is not a choice, please contact us anyway. We’ve got lots of ideas and maybe we can create a solution that works for you!


You also have a Cartridge Warranty if something goes awry.

  • Our Remanufactured Toner Cartridges are the absolute highest-quality toner cartridges attainable -- backed by an industry-leading 1-year warranty (from date of purchase) against defects in materials and workmanship. 
  • We further warrant our toner cartridge will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible laser printer. If a defect in the cartridge causes a printer to fail, we will reimburse the customer for the cost of service and repair of the printer.
  • This limited warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship when the toner cartridge is used in a printer in accordance with the printer manufacturer's instructions and does not cover:
    • Loss or damage to the toner cartridge, or the machine in which it is used, resulting from abuse, mishandling, alteration, accident, electrical current or voltage fluctuations, failure to follow operating instructions, maintenance, storage, or environmental recommendations, as prescribed in the operator's manual of the machine in which the cartridge is intended to be used, or
    • Tampering, disassembly, or other alteration by unauthorized persons or other "recharge" or "refill" companies.

 Please note it can take up to 2 1/2 weeks for a refund to be issued.
