• Are Dolphin Blue Planners, Calendars and Maps green?
• Yes, our popular line of 2013 planners, calendars, maps, desk pads and other products by the House of Doolittle are manufactured from 100% Post Consumer Recycled Fiber. With the exception of laminated calendars (50% PCR material) and maps (30% PCR fiber), our calendar and planner products are made of 100% recycled paper, 90% recycled wire and 50% or more recycled cover materials, all post consumer. The paper is FSC & FSI Certified. All calendars are printed with soy ink.

• Who makes Dolphin Blue planners, calendars and maps?
• The House of Doolittle is our provider. They have been in the business for over 90 years, and have been making only recycled products for over 20 years. House of Doolittle is headquartered in Chicago, and manufacturers all its products in the USA. Every year, the company donates 5% of profits to environmental causes.

Appointment planners are available in daily, weekly, weekly monthly, and monthly styles in both annual and academic calendar years. Assignment books, grade books, calendar diaries, and physician/law practice appointment books are popular choices. Desk pads, daily desk calendars, tent styles, and wall calendars round out the product line. US and World maps, blotter pads and doodle pads are also available.

• Our biggest competitor's "recycled" product is only 30% recycled paper. Our calendars are printed on 100% post consumer recycled stock. Unlike planners and calendars made from virgin materials, or only 30% recycled materials, our planners are made from the most ecologically responsible stock available, post-consumer recycled paper. All of our House of Doolittle products are processed chlorine free, FSC-Certified, printed with soy ink, and made in the USA to keep our local communities and neighborhoods financially strong and socially responsible.

• Does Dolphin Blue offer printable calendars?
• No, Dolphin Blue does not offer online calendars or printable calendars. All of our 2012 calendars and 2013 calendars are pre-printed by the House of Doolittle, however we can print calendars and planners with your company or school logo.

• What is an ''HOD'' item number?
• An HOD item number is assigned to each individual House of Doolittle calendar, planner, and map. For example, our 22x17 House of Doolittle Academic Economy Desk Pad Calendar's HOD item number is HOD12802.
