This may not apply to everyone, however, it applies to almost anyone who believes in sustainability. Frankly speaking, we are not your source if price is key. What’s important to us is meeting your expectations and creating a sustainable planet for future generations while doing so.

 

· Understand that we do miraculous work, but the impossible takes a little longer.  We may not be able to provide you a quote within the time period you seek. It will take us between 3 and 5 days to provide the quote you are requesting (sometimes, quicker). By reviewing our web offering, you may be able to make a quick determination as to whether you want to proceed with us, based on the minimum time we need to provide high-quality, accurate quotes. After all, humans got into this mess because of haste and waste, and, we’re intent on assisting in the effort to get us all out of it! So, please be patient with us.

 

· Make available to us a minimum 600dpi Adobe PDF so we can prepare a quote. Please don’t waste your time completing the request form below if you don’t have a PDF of your design file that matches that specification (we don’t want you spending your time only to feel disappointed when we can’t provide a quote).

 

· Request a quote on 4-color printing only if you can provide artwork/design files so we can give you an accurate quote, based on our review of your submitted design file in PDF format (we don’t provide prices on our web site for 4-color printing as we want to review those requests prior to providing prices).

IMPORTANT NOTE: When design files/artwork have bleeds, it is essential that you understand that "parent sheets" need to be used to create Business Cards, Letterhead, Brochures (or, any flat sheet printed item), then those large sheets (23"x35", 25"x38", 26"x40", etc.) get cut to the final printed peice's size (Business Card: 2"x3 1/2"; Letterhead: 8 1/2"x11"; Brochure: 8 1/2"x11", 8 1/2"x14" or 11"x17").

For any ENVELOPES with BLEED EDGES: there may be very high minimums required (5000, 6000, 7000 or 8000 -- depending on envelope size) due to the requirement to convert the envelopes from large sheets (see preceding IMPORTANT NOTE above) to show designed bleeds as intended. An effective manner of alleviating the high cost of producing the envelopes required to meet the minimum, is to design the envelope art such that the image is placed at least 3/16"-1/4" from the edge (any edge) of the envelope, basically, not touching the edge. By doing so, you have allowed "gripper edges" that keep the printing of your envelope piece clean.
