When Dolphin Blue remanufactures an inkjet cartridge, we reuse the shell and any viable components, and replace any components that are worn, substandard, or clogged. All cartridges are run through quality checks. Simply refilling an inkjet cartridge means that none of these things happen and there is no quality control.
