Jiffy® Padded Mailer – Heavy duty construction with uniform inner batting for maximum cushioning and protection. Smooth Natural Kraft interior and attractive Satin Gold Kraft exterior. Made of:

  • 90% recycled paper fibers with 50% post consumer material content
  • Tear-strip opener 7x12 and larger sizes.
  • Self-Seal Flap or Plain Flap (staple or tape to seal).
  • 25 Mailers per box. 
  • Optional Bulk Packaging available - 50, 100 or 250 per carton.

What is the recycled content of the Recycled Padded Mailers?

All of our mailers are made of 90% recycled paper, of which 50% is post consumer recycled.

Dolphin Blue offers the Jiffy Brand. Jiffy offers a Satin Gold Kraft finish, which means that these mailers are recycled without the recycled look. Competitive padded mailers often offer less post consumer recycled content. In addition, we offer a self-seal envelope with a tear open strip, to give a professional appearance to your mailings.

What is the padding in these shippers?

Shreaded recycled fibers, usually newsprint, is the padding in these mailers. The result is a solid cushion inside of two high quality paper layers. The padding protects as well as oil-consuming plastic bubble wrap.

What is the benefit of using recycled padded envelopes?
