The papers listed in this section are minimum 30% post consumer recycled. Mohawk PCWhite papers are CERTIFIED by the Forest Stewardship Council, as being the first FSC-certified paper available that contains 100% post consumer recycled waste paper fibers. No tree pulp or fiber used in the making of the Mohawk papers -- only 100% waste paper. No visible fibers appear in these papers. High-brightness, exceptionally-white papers.

Although these green office papers are not technically considered stationery papers, they will perform as well as, or better than, many expensive stationery papers in your office's laser and inkjet printers, faxes and copiers or when written on with a writing instrument of any kind.  Save money, save the planet.

Paper for use as a Laser Paper and Digital Copier Paper is generally at least 24 lb. weight. It is made to be used primarily, and preferably, on a Black & White Laser Printer or Digital Copier.

Some laser papers and Digital Copier Papers may also be labeled as 60 lb. Text, which is an equal weight to 24 lb. paper.

Copier Paper is ideally 20 lb. weight, sometimes labeled as 50 lb. Text or Offset.

All Laser Papers and Digital Copier Papers listed on this page contain, at minimum, 30% post consumer recycled fiber.

Post-consumer recycled fiber is derived from paper that is recovered from the waste stream. That paper was used for its intended purpose and then placed in a bin for recycling. Through successful collection and processing, fiber from the recycled paper has been given a second life.

The higher the post consumer recycled fiber content used in making Laser Paper and Digital Copier Paper, the more environmentally responsible that paper is. Paper with 100% post-consumer recycled fiber is paper that uses no virgin wood pulp.
